Jean Plumer is a wonderful teacher. She is a very experienced professional artist who is pursuing her  teaching degree at Kennesaw State. Her love for both art and teaching children shows in each class that she holds. We are very fortunate to her . She has taught  with us for several years..

    Whitney Calhoun   graduated from North Georgia  College two years ago. She holds a bachelor  degree in psychology and a minor in art. She taught home school and  private art lessons before joining us at ArtsCool. She currently has  pottery for sale at Humming Bird Lane Gallery in Dahlonegah. Ask her about doing customized pottery for you! Students are delighted to take her classes!

 

 

 

    Anita Stewart, started teaching art in 1977.She is certified to teach both art and ESL in Georgia. She has taught art to all ages in  both public and private schools. Her passion for art and  a desire for others to enjoy self expression  radiates through both her own artwork  and in  her students' work. It’s a rarity to find quality teaching and award  winning  professional accomplishments   all in the same person. After "getting art programs off the ground "at Greater Atlanta Christian School -jr/sr high art and elementary art at Friendship Elem. ,she decided to start her own art school -Buford School of Art in the fall of 1998.She has actively involved in the art community of Historic Buford, Gwinnett County and the Atlanta area for over 25 years.. This award winning artist has been in national , international art competitions and shown her work in local universities.
